Delivery Policy

Promptly upon receiving your purchase order, Selther will notify you via email of its acceptance of your order and the date upon which order order will be shipped. Within 24-48 hours following such notice, a Selther customer service representative will contact you to schedule a delivery date within a 4-hour period on that date. Delivery dates are usually available within 2-5 business days. Delivery service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm., excluding holidays.

Once a delivery date is confirmed, an authorized delivery agent will attempt to make such delivery within the 4-hour period scheduled. Selther will make only one delivery attempt on the date scheduled. If delivery cannot be made on the date scheduled, a second attempt to deliver will incur an additional $100.00 delivery charge. Any more than two attempts to deliver will incur an additional $150.00 delivery charge for each attempt. No such additional delivery charges will be incurred in the event delivery cannot be made because of the sole fault of Selther.

A local delivery company carefully selected and authorized by Selther will conduct delivery service.

Delivery service includes:

  • Placement in your home in a room of your choice on the first or second floor up to two flights of stairs.
  • Delivery service does not include:

  • Unpacking, frame set-up, removal of debris or disposal of old bedding.
  • Selther is dedicated to providing you with exceptional service; however, it must rely on a variety of factors in the delivery of your order, not all of which it can control. As such, Selther does not guarantee that the delivery of your product will conform to this policy in whole or in part. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU HEREBY RELEASE SELTHER FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON, RELATING TO, OR ARISING FROM THE DELIVERY OF, OR FAILURE TO DELIVER, YOUR ORDER.

    YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING THE PRODUCT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, YOU MUST INDICATE SUCH BY WRITING "PRODUCT DAMAGED" OR SOMETHING SIMILAR ON THE DELIVERY SHEET, WHICH THE DELIVERY SERVICE WILL PRESENT TO YOU. SELTHER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT THAT IS NOT INDICATED BY YOU AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. If, upon delivery, the Product is damaged, and you indicate such on the delivery sheet, you must contact Selther directly at the following to submit your claim of damage and schedule a return/replacement at no cost to you:
